Obituary
Victoria “Vikki” A. Allen-Kanaris, 71, of Westfield, MA and Palm Harbor, FL passed away at home on Sunday, July 19, 2020. Born in Bronxville, NY on October 27, 1948, the daughter of the late Jean and Doris (Kirgin) Allen. She was raised in New York, attended local schools, and was a graduate of Cold Spring Harbor High School.
Her career consisted of several stops, however, most recently she worked in Client Services for Edward Jones.
Victoria was a passionate advocate for both animals & the environment. She was an especially talented artist with an unmatched approach to interior & garden design that could rival any magazine spread. She is cherished by friends, family & community who will always remember her for her one-of-a-kind style, generosity & welcoming nature.
She is survived by her sons Peter Kanaris of Spring Hill along with his wife Melissa & son Gavin, Gene W. Kanaris of Palm Harbor FL and his wife Nicholle, as well as her step-children Anthony M. Kanaris of Spring Hill, FL and his wife Laura, Mitchell Kanaris of Clemson, SC and his wife Debbie, Melissa Jacobs of Melville, NY and her husband Steven, her sister Valerie Vassos and her husband George with whom she resided & her brother Jonathon W. Allen of Midway, UT and his wife Jacqueline.
Local services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
